Delivery & installation

We deliver to all seven Emirates. Our team brings your furniture into the room you choose, assembles it, and takes the packaging away.

Items in stock in Dubai are usually delivered within a few days. We confirm the date with you on WhatsApp after you order.

Official Stressless® warranty

Up to 10 years of cover: 10 years on the internal mechanism and frame of recliners and sofas, 5 years on bases, foam and power motors, 2 years on power batteries, and 1 year on leather and fabric upholstery.

The warranty is valid because you buy from an authorised Stressless® retailer – keep your invoice, and our team in Dubai handles any claim for you. See the full warranty terms.

Find your size

Most Stressless® recliners come in Small, Medium and Large. The right size depends on your height and how you like to sit – your feet should rest flat on the footstool and your head should meet the headrest.

As a rough guide: Small suits most people up to about 165 cm, Medium about 165–180 cm, and Large above 180 cm. The best way to be sure is to sit in each size at our showroom, or send us your height on WhatsApp.

Leather & fabric care

Clean leather gently with a soft, dry cloth, and use the Stressless® leather care kit two to four times a year to keep it soft. In the UAE, keep leather out of strong direct sun and away from AC vents.

For spills, blot – don’t rub – and contact us if you are unsure. We stock the official care kits in the showroom and online.
